Champion MX will endeavor to provide the motorcycle that is the rider’s first choice, but in some cases this will not be possible.
Champion MX will professionally maintain the motorcycles, but the ultimate responsibility for final safety checks lays with the rider before riding.
Champion MX will maintain and repair the bikes, and regular failures are the responsibility of Champion MX. However, if a rider does not follow instructions, or is riding recklessly the will be liable for breakages resulting from their actions
Riders cannot ride impaired from drugs, alcohol or injuries that could result in injury to themselves or others.
The non-riding activities are listed as a guide. They are not always available and Champion MX will make every effort to assist you to arrange your down days, but these are not the responsibility of Champion MX.
